Subject to the below conditions and exclusions, our footwear is protected against defects in materials and/or workmanship for 30 days from the original date of purchase, Please notify us and return the item to the place of purchase within 3 days of purchase.

This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damages arising from dye transference, accidents, misuse or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any third party other than us.

NOTE that the customer is responsible for any costs associated with shipping the defective product to us for repair or replacement.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING POLICIES BEFORE YOU MAKE A PURCHASE WITH US:

- Product(s) can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase/invoice.
- Due to the differences in color, monitors/screens and lighting used during photo-shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
- No Exchange Will Be Catered Without Claim ID.
- Products for exchange purpose will be reverted once received by us within 3 to 5 days and a new tracking will shared to customers for their ease.
- Sale Items Are Strictly Non-Refundable Non-Exchangeable.
- Used Items Will Not Be Catered Under Any Circumstances.
